NearlyFreeSpeech.NET is a hosting provider with no monthly fees, the concept is innovative and new that you pay only for what you use, but does it really worth ?. To get started you have to make a small deposit (as little as $0.25) to start up your hosting service. Then pricing is :
Data Transfers (Bandwidth): $1.00 per gigabyte

Disk Space (Storage): $0.01 per megabyte-month

It's interesting for small websites with small traffic for example a static website with less than 20Mo of disk space and no big traffic. It's really another way of paying structure, very different from the common package ... but not cheap hosting at all !! For example hosting a website like phpmagazine.net at NearlyFreeSpeech.NET will cost about $50 per month which is really too much !!
